Using your customer service experience you will provide high calibre 'front of house' services to all visitors attending the facility. Understanding the services on offer you will be able to provide accurate information to queries, and guide visitors appropriately. You will demonstrate an ability to work fast and efficiently with clear enthusiasm, as this busy environment will certainly require you to do so. Due to a seven day trading week, you will work shifts between 6am and 11pm and have the flexibility to work weekends where required.
